The investment includes the fit out of a dedicated suite to accommodate the Proactive Service Centre at Novi’s headquarters. It will also invest in new technology and tools, including advanced reporting and predictive analytics, which automate its service capability and reduce costs and customer risk.
The new facility will enable Novi to step up its managed services capability, with a particular focus on helping Irish businesses to protect their data from increasing security threats. Its new systems will use advanced analytics to monitor cyber security defences, infrastructure, cloud and critical events, as well as any trends, failures or performance issues, to predict future problems and enable timely proactive intervention.

The Proactive Service Centre will monitor client systems 24 hours per day, every day. In opening this new centre Novi is responding directly to the evolving expectations of its customers. Novi has grown its customer base by 25% over the past 12 months, and has seen a significant increase in the level of complexity of customer needs compared to before.

Many of Novi’s key services will be delivered from the Proactive Service Centre, including its Managed IT Security service and Managed Disaster Recovery. The investment will also allow Novi to help companies to better control their data in to meet General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Central Bank requirements.
