This role offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to build on their existing managed services experience and continue to gain exposure to the latest technology in a rewarding multi customer environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a client facing IT support engineer you will provide onsite technical support to designated customers in the Dublin area. (Glasnevin and City Centre)

The role will primarily consist of the following key tasks

• Onsite and remote support to in house and field based users
• Build, prepare and assign laptops for new users
• Provide basic advice and assist with basic user training
• Carry out basic proactive maintenance and updates as per Novi guidelines
• Provide feedback and updates to Novi
• Provide customer service updates and recommendations based on observations and client interactions as per Novi guidelines.

Minimum Experience Required:

You will have at least 12 months hand on experience supporting and maintaining IT systems with the following:

• Windows 10 end device support
• Laptop builds and assignment
• Microsoft Office 365 administration
• SharePoint Online administration (desired)

Attributes Required:

Be presentable, approachable and capable of communicating technical information in an informative way to non-technical users. You will be passionate about IT and take pride in helping customers. The role requires the following attributes

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated individual who can operate on their own initiative

Qualifications:

• Relevant third level qualifications - advantageous
• Relevant industry qualification(s) e.g. Microsoft Certifications
• English as primary language
• Full Driver’s License

You will continue to grow our successful Managed Services business consisting of Managed IT, Managed Cloud and Managed Cyber Security.

• Create and develop new business opportunities
• Work with the marketing and leadership team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM and proposal records
• Prepare and present solution based proposals to prospective customer
• Contract negotiation and management of customer expectations
• Be highly collaborative and an influential member of the team
• Present sales pipeline and target reports to business stakeholders

Minimum Experience Required:

Significant industry experience with a proven record of accomplishment selling managed IT services and solution sales in Ireland.

You will be commercially aware and have an excellent understanding of industry trends and customer demands. Strong technical knowledge in a managed services environment required.

Qualifications:
• Relevant third level qualifications advantageous
